Scheduling
To schedule a wedding at the CYCCM please see Chef / Manager Harry Gleason in person or contact him at (609) 884-8000 to arrange a tour of the facility or to select a possible date and time for your event. 

Menu Selection 
The following menu selections are designed to provide a variety of options for food, pricing and services.  Any special requests can be discussed with Chef Harry. In order to ensure the availability of all chosen items, your final menu selections should be submitted at least one month prior to the banquet date. The “Banquet Sales Order” confirms menu selections, services, room arrangements, price and date. The customer’s signature is required on this form to approve and confirm all arrangements. A taste testing can be arranged for a nominal fee.

Guarantee 
Your final guaranteed count is due one week prior to the event. If your guests are offered a choice of entrees the split final count is also due at this time. The final count of guests will be considered a guarantee for which you will be invoiced, even if there are fewer guests.

Payments 
Sixty days prior to the event, 50% of the estimated cost is due. The remainder is due one week prior to the reception. Your reception must be paid in full before the event date. Payments can be made to the ‘Corinthian Yacht Club Of Cape May’, and can be sent: attention Harry Gleason, PO Box 260, Cape May, NJ 08204.

Linen 
Linen napkins and tablecloths are provided for your function as part of the package, and come in a variety of colors. There will be an additional charge for chair covers.

Smoking 
There is absolutely no smoking of any kind permitted within the CYCCM.

Wedding Cake 
The club will provide a wedding cake for an additional cost.
